The aircraft is in best technical condition, all ADs etc are done. Always maintained in a CAMO (LTB). Always hangared and in private use. Last previous owner Aeronautical Engineer.

Engine: Lycoming IO-360-C1C Time Since Overhaul: appr. 1155h in best condition.
Propeller: MTV-12-B/180-17 overhauled with governor overhaul 2023 (due to age) Time Since Overhaul: around 150 h (will edit this today with exact number 26/10/2026)
Gomolzig noise reducer muffler incl. noise certificate: together with the quiet propeller reduced landing fees und no blocked landing timeframes.
Magnetos overhauled, always starts promptly and no Vaporlock :)
Also in the last few years new brake tubes, new electrical fuel pump, new starter, ELT renewed.
